Rava peda recipe

 Sooji / Rawa Ke Peda 


Ingredients 


White Rava/ Sooji  1 cup 

Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup 

Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon 


Milk 1/2 cup 

Food colour orange & green

Ghee 1 tablespoon


Method



  • Roast the sooji very lightly. Add cardamom powder and sugar and keep stirring.
  • Add ghee 
  • Add milk slowly and keep stirring till sooji soaks it.

  • Let it cool. 
  • Divide into 3 parts 
  • Add orange colour to one part and green to another.

  • Mix it well 

  • Then shape into peda and let it set 

  • You can add chopped dry fruits if you like to garnish 
  • Enjoy 😊
