Rava peda recipe
Sooji / Rawa Ke Peda
Ingredients
White Rava/ Sooji 1 cup
Powdered Sugar 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder 1 teaspoon
Milk 1/2 cup
Food colour orange & green
Ghee 1 tablespoon
Method
- Roast the sooji very lightly. Add cardamom powder and sugar and keep stirring.
- Add ghee
- Add milk slowly and keep stirring till sooji soaks it.
- Let it cool.
- Divide into 3 parts
- Add orange colour to one part and green to another.
- Mix it well
- Then shape into peda and let it set
- You can add chopped dry fruits if you like to garnish
